The pressure has been building and building, eventually it was going to end, it way as well be tonight.

Every fibre of my body wants to bury my head in the sand, as I do after the Ospreys games. I don't want to talk about the defeat and I don't want to read about it, but it is after all a game, and I know I take it too seriously, and take the defeats too hard.

The performance was solid from Wales but aside from a few individuals, the performance lacked dynamism and a cutting edge that was so badly needed, they kicked away posession they needed to retain.

I'm gutted, but I'll get over it.
