This handsome gentleman is Krist Novoselic, former Nirvana basist and poor catcher of thrown guitars. I've just been doing some browsing and rediscovered Krist, and feel really overwhelmed by how old he looks.

Being a huge Nirvana fan, I've got a lot of mental images of the band and their videos and concerts, and this is like a bucket of cold water in the face. It's inconsequential really, I know I'm getting older, but sometimes you don't feel it till something like this happens.

The good news is Krist is still active and making music with various people, hopefully not throwing his guitar up and trying to catch it anymore though!
