Thank Da Police
Posted on Sunday, 26 July 2009 23:33Rappers are so misguided, thank the police, don't, you know, fuck 'em. I had a lovely woman from the local constabulary around earlier regarding the troubles with next door. I'd like to say she soddomised the with her baton then beat them half to death, but life's just not that fair.
Instead she went someway to reassuring us that the problems will be solved and in fairness, I think she means it. The letter I wrote to my local A.M definitely did the trick. It's easy to feel helpless when stuck in this situation where you have noisy neighbours, I know that's how I felt friday. But I feel like I'm pushing the walls tighter and tighter around them, and hopefully can squish them within the law.
I'm calm and restrained. I know if I let the anger they cause get the better of me, my life would be over. No Job, means lose the house, family everything. So I have to keep persuing every legal avenue to keep these drug abusing, anti-social scumbags away from me and my family.
I've already set in motion a plan to get us into a nice new home within 6 months. There's a lot of if's, but's, and maybe's, but the plan is sound, strong and feasable, I just need a little good luck and we're home and dry. I just hope it all comes together before the company stop building these delightful houses. It's a dream home, 4 beds, 3 with en-suite, detached, and as quiet as you like. Everything I need. Just want some peace and quiet.
To grease the wheels of my bail out, I'm working on some a SharePoint product which shouldn't take too long to finish. It'll be interesting, at work I think I may fall towards SQL too quickly, instead of using lists, but for this product, it'll be lists all the way, which means a lot of CAML, but it's all good fun.
Anyhoo, it's late now, and I need to get some sleep. Here's to a good week everyone.
